Camping Information

The Regional Trail Corporation owns and manages four "Trekker" campgrounds along the Great Allegheny Passage from McKeesport to Connellsville. The campgrounds are free, no reservations are required or accepted. First come first served.

There are chemical toilets at the campgrounds and GAP access areas, but limited potable water available. We recommend that you carry at least a quart of water more than you think you need. Take advatage of the towns along the way for water resupply.
